Baby Massage class @ Tree of Life

Tuesdays 11:30pm-12:45pm. Next course begins Tuesday 10th January 2012 (5 week course)

Baby Massage;

• Nurtures the bonding process with baby, promoting secure attachment
• Helps to improve sleep patterns & reduce crying
• Stimulates weight gain
• Relieves colic, wind & constipation

The class is a great way to meet other parents. All babies are welcome from newborn to crawling.

The Emotional benefits for parents and babies are:

• Massage can give parents more confidence in handling their new baby.
• Learning to massage your child can help to set up a lifetime of communication that will be of enormous benefit to both of you in  times to come.
• Touch is a non-verbal communication, which can say a lot.
• When a child is comfortable with massage it can help them to learn to like their bodies and develop with confidence.
Massage techniques are demonstrated on a doll. Both Mum & Dad can attend

Cost: €125 for a 5 week course
