Yoga for Pregnancy
Yoga helps to prepare the body for childbirth. It has a calming effect that promotes emotional well-being at a time of fluctuating emotions. It helps to keep the body supple and aligned while it changes to accommodate your baby. And it gives you great breath awareness and how to use it to aid relaxation during labour.
Yoga helps you to connect with your unborn baby.
Saturday Morning: 10.00am – 11.15am
Cost: €95 for 6 weeks (or a drop in rate of €20 per class)
