 Sports & Mobility Therapy is the treatment of specific muscles in a specific order to release tension in the muscles, that can be the underlying cause of up to 80% of physical pain and discomfort.

Sports & Mobility Therapy uses a variety of techniques ranging from soft and deep tissue massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy and specific assisted stretches to release the tight, strained, fatigued and over stretched muscles.

Sports & Mobility Therapy is different from other treatments in that it releases the muscles holding the body in this unnatural posture first. These muscles cause other muscles to react and compensate in a way that places unnecessary strain on the skeletal system and internal organs. This can cause referred pain to other parts of the body. (That pain you feel in your neck may arise from tight muscles elsewhere in the body). Bernard Byrne has years of experience working in this field and has great success with clients when nothing else seems to have affect.
