KUNDALINI YOGA WORKSHOP
Kundalini Yoga integrates all branches of the yogic discipline combining kriyas (physical exercises), pranayama (controlled breathing techniques), meditations and mantras (chanting) resulting in an extremely powerful and transformational experience. This 3 hour workshop will introduce you to the Kundalini set and will allow plenty of time to relax and feel the benefits of realigning our bodies and mind with breathing techniques and chanting and Kundalini yoga postures!
