Craniosacral Therapy is a light-touch hands-on therapy that enhances the body’s natural capacity for healing. The practitioner will identify restrictions that may occur in the tissues, bones, membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround the brain and spinal cord - which is closely linked with the central nervous system. A Craniosacral Therapist encourages the body to release restrictions that it has been unable to overcome on its own by following the body's response. Using a gentle touch technique, Craniosacral releases any restrictions they find laid deeply within the body. By freeing the central nervous system, CranioSacral Therapy naturally eliminates pain and stress, strengthens resistance to disease and enhances over-all health and well-being. Due to its gentle nature, it has proven effective for all ages, from newborns to elders.

We operate a 24 hour cancellation policy. Therefore, if a booking is cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time, the full price will be charged.
