This is an invitation to stop, pause, and offer your mind, body, and nervous system the gift of truly restorative rest—held and supported by sacred sound and nourishing vibration. As candlelight flickers around the room, you’ll be guided into stillness by the soothing hum of Tibetan singing bowls, their rich, layered tones washing through you like warm waves. A variety of chimes will dance softly through the air, sparkling and light, while solfeggio pipes carry ancient frequencies designed to calm, balance, and restore. You’ll hear the gentle whisper of the rainstick, evoking rainfall and release, followed by the deep, grounding resonance of the monochord, its continuous strings creating a cocoon of sound that invites your whole system to soften. The steady heartbeat of the shamanic drum will anchor you, connecting you back to rhythm, earth, and self, while the expansive voice of the gong rolls through the space—clearing, cleansing, and opening. Delicate tuning forks will weave precise vibrations into the soundscape, encouraging harmony at a cellular level, leaving you feeling supported, balanced, and deeply nourished. Whether you come solo, with a partner, or with friends, this is a space of warmth, inclusion, and connection—no expectations, no experience needed.
