Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Shalki

Service Description

Join me for a rejuvenating vinyasa flow yoga class on Monday evenings 7pm - 8pm. This class is everything that you need to kickoff an energetic week ahead. We’ll ease into the flow with gentle stretches needed to open up muscle groups before we dive into the main sequence ( different each week ). The main sequence (one breath-one move) will enable strengthening as well as stretching & opening. The class will end with short guided meditation and singing bowl sounds , leaving you feel like a new born. I look forward to seeing you on the mat and sharing this practice with you. Namaste Shalki
