Yoga and Self Love Workshop

Service Description

My name is Zarasanayoga, i am a qualified 200hrYT, and currently studying a Masters Degree in Integrative psychotherapy. I have a passion to work with & help people transpire into their best self mentally, physically and spiritually. I will be hosting a beautiful yoga & self love workshop, This workshop will start with a sharing circle with everyone sharing a little bit about themselves, opening our heart, sharing (if we feel like it) about something we may feel is holding us back from achieving any goals in 2025, & something we find hard to love about ourselves. We will then each share things we love about ourselves, our strengths, our passions. Finally then sharing what is a goal we set for 2025 for ourselves. We will then delve into a a yoga flow, consisting of positive self Love affirmations and Breathwork, also some dancing and shaking to realease any unwanted energy in the body. Feeling empowered through yoga and dance. We will take sometime to journal to write down what comes up within us. The aim of the workshop is to invite self love, freedom, a safe space judgement free and reciting positive & loving affirmations about ourselves. Affirmations can help to rewire the brain by creating new neural pathways. We will then finish in a deep relaxing state with some time after for chai and chats.
