Babybonding The Best Possible Start

Parents and babies can have fun and relax using easy activities, baby strokes, simple rhymes and lullabies. Baby Bonding classes are a special weekly session for parents to enjoy with their babies.These are lovely relaxed sessions grounded in Attachment theory and research, helping to deepen the bond between parent and baby. ​

• Bumps (28+ weeks pregnancy) to Crawling

• Crawling to Toddling

• Toddlers

Warm, welcoming, small and informal groups are offered for:

​Mother and Baby Gentle play based classes focusing on the attachment and bond between you and your baby. Run as small groups in blocks of 6 sessions. By developing a secure attachment with your baby you will help to build on important connections, encourage brain development and healthy happy minds for you and your baby. ​

Ailish Lydon has worked with children and families for 20 years. Throughout her work as a play therapist and social worker she brings the benefit of play and creativity to parent child attachments and relationships. Ailish believes in parent- child play being the cornerstone to healthy attachments, relationships and positive mental health into the adult years. Ailish offers Baby bonding, Toddler Bonding and Parent Child Attachment Play amongst her therapeutic services. Ailish has experience in a variety of settings with children and families from maternity to hospice and specialist voluntary services. She has a unique insight from this work into the journey of life.
