Tuesday evenings- Bringing it back to basics- Yoga for beginners-a 4 week course. Cultivate an authentic Yoga practice.With years of experience and an excellent and established reputation, Aoife will guide you through a focus on correct allignment, breathing practices to properly nourish your body and mind as you build strength and flexibility. This class has a strong emphasis on being non judgemental and is suitable for all age groups, body shapes and bendy ability! We all have to start somewhere and with this class you will be introduced to the basic poses (asana) from which all Yoga comes. Often described as a moving meditation, Yoga calms us, moves us in ways we have never experienced before and rejuvenates body, mind and spirit.
Regardless of what your goals or intentions are for starting a yoga practice, just the yoga poses themselves is a fantastic form of mental and physical exercise. Looking forward to supporting you as you catch the Yoga bug!
