Find release and restoration in this wholesome class designed to clear old energy and outworn patterns to give you the space to move into the coming year refreshed and renewed.  Combining clearing breath work, nourishing Yin yoga and supported restorative poses all interwoven with yoga nidra, crystal and Tibetan singing bowls and other healing instruments. We will look to bring the body and mind to a state of deep ease and rest to reconnect you to your own reservoir of peace, vitality and strength.
