In this beautiful kryia we work a kundalini yoga set as taught by Yogi Bhajan. You'll experience a warm up and pranayama sequence which will take you beyond self-doubt and more into a compassionate space of self care and self love.
We will stimulate very specific nadis or energy channels in the subtle body to generate this feeling of self affection and to release any negative feelings in our magnetic field.
