About the Event
Pop up Pilates workshop on Saturday 22nd February at 2.30pm. This 90 minute workshop will include mat based Pilates, Circle work, stretching and we will finish with some well earned guided meditation/relaxation. Please note that this is a BOOK IN EVENT ONLY. Â Launching our series of Pop-Up masterclasses and workshops with Sinead Foley.Â
In this first class, there will be a focus on challenging developing  are a fantastic way to complement regular Pilates practise and to learn more about your body and the reasons Pilates ‘works’ on so many levels. We have planned three masterclasses and one workshop in the following months based on the success of those we have held already this year:Â
