Does life seem a bit frantic? Do you feel something is dragging you down, but you can't explain what it is? Have you noticed repetitive thought-loops that you can't turn away from?We think 40,000-50,000 thoughts per day. We may understand what is happening and where the story in our minds is coming from, but it still gets to us.

Conscious breathing activates the parts of the brain responsible for emotions, attention and body awareness.

  • Access stubborn thought patterns

What can I expect?

Through the breathwork session, you will be coached to engage in a conscious pattern of breathing that will mildly activate your nervous system. It will help you resurface energetic and emotional blockages that trigger stress, overwhelm and anxiety.

Through Breathwork, we will override your primal responses, integrate emotions and realign the mind and body.

You won't control your mind with the mind. We will work with the mind through your body.

What to bring?

  • You will lay flat during Breathwork. Yoga mats and blankets will be provided
  • Wear comfortable clothes
  • A bottle of water
  • A journal in case you'd like to process any insights or experiences

How to prepare?

On the day of the workshop have a light meal and try not to eat for at least an hour before the session.

Health concerns?

Breathwork is not advised for persons with severe mental illness or seizure disorders. It is also unsuitable for anyone who have had recent surgery, high blood pressure, chronic lung disease, heart disease, asthma or epilepsy. Pregnant women are advised against practicing Breathwork without first consulting and getting approval from their primary care physician.
