About the Event
This candlelight practice is simply about relaxing. Friday night is a great time to take the time to let go of tension, stress and observe what's going on inside our body and mind.
The tools of a Yin Yoga practice help to slow down the nervous system from all the external and internal stimulation, so that we can access our inner calm no matter what challenges we may be experiencing in our lives.
Using restorative tools, we will be resting on bolsters which will recharge our adrenal and digestive energy, connecting us to the softness we experience in the body when our mind has the opportunity to rest in its natural state without any expectations or mental chatter.
