 Lori is a 200hr Vinyasa trained yoga teacher based in Malahide. Having found yoga during a time of self doubt, she discovered the practice of Vinyasa yoga and here began the journey to finding her true passion and calling. Lori's classes are built around the subject of gratitude, love and acceptance for oneself and the amazing things our bodies can do.
