Join us in the beautiful sanctuary of Tree of Life in Malahide for a deeply restorative 90-minute Soundbath designed to gently guide you back home to yourself. You’ll be cocooned in layers of healing sound… ✨ The warm, resonant hum of Tibetan singing bowls, their vibrations washing through the body like ripples across still water. ✨ A delicate variety of chimes, shimmering through the air like soft light, clearing and uplifting your energy. ✨ The pure tones of Solfeggio pipes, ancient frequencies that soothe the nervous system and invite emotional harmony. ✨ The earthy whisper of the rainstick, cascading like gentle rainfall to quiet the mind. ✨ The ethereal resonance of the monochord, its continuous drone creating a cradle of sound beneath you. ✨ The grounding heartbeat of the shamanic drum, steady and reassuring, reconnecting you to your inner strength. ✨ The deep, expansive waves of the gong, moving through you in powerful yet tender vibrations. ✨ And subtle tuning forks, placed intentionally to bring balance and clarity on a cellular level.
