At this time of the year we are in the dept of Winter. Our energy can sometimes get sluggish at this time of the year. In this practice we are connecting to the bright light inside, the inner flame of connection presence and peace. This practice will be uplifting, creating time and space in our life to nourish and align our energy through practising yoga and meditation. Activate your inner radiance with Surya Kriya! A flowing practice to enliven your inner sun energy. This will bring light, clarity and warmth to the body. This practice will give you energy! We will balance out this workshop with a few sitting Kundalini meditations to bring ease and balance to body and mind to honour Winter and the wisdom of time to be still and rest.
