Join Victoria on Thursday Oct 20th at 7.30pm for our very first Mama Rising Circle—a space to relax, reset, and connect with yourself and other mothers. Each month there will be a different theme, November we'll focus on the theme of Kindness. Following a gentle ritual of breath connection and meditation, we will explore how we can cultivate more self-compassion as mothers. Hand over bedtime duty and gift yourself this time. Motherhood is a lifelong journey - you are very welcome in this circle, no matter what age your children are. On Thursday Nov 20th, we will explore the theme of Strength, re-evaluating our definition of what strength means in motherhood. We are offering these first two circles at the special price of €35 per session plus booking fee. Bring: yoga mat, journal and a pen. About your facilitator Victoria; Victoria is an ICF-Accredited Executive and Life Coach with specialized training in matrescence and motherhood coaching. She has an extensive corporate background, which included nearly two decades working in Tech multinationals and eight years leading high-performing international teams. Victoria’s coaching methodology is grounded in rigorous training, including Co-Active Coaching, Organisational and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC), and Positive Intelligence. She is also a certified Mama Rising Facilitator, focusing specifically on helping new and first-time mothers navigate identity shifts during matrescence. Her unique, holistic approach integrates her skills as a Usui Reiki Master Teacher, a Breathwork Teacher (via The Blissful Breath Academy), and a yoga instructor, enabling her to provide comprehensive support across leadership, career, and life changes.
