What is the Reiki circle? Can anybody come? What experience is expected? The Reiki circles at Tree of Life in collaboration with Anna, are here to support others who have at least completed A Reiki 1 workshop. They are designed to share healing with each other and to stay connected with like minded souls. It is space to give and receive Reiki treatments. Tree of Life is rooted in ethical care, always- and this is an environment to help maintain professional standards and practice. Always working within ones limits as a therapist is crucial-for clients and practitioners Anna- 'I am looking forward to joining the team at Tree of Life and sharing my treatments and experience. Welcome Anna Gale - a passionate and experienced complementary therapist with over 20 years of professional practice in the field of holistic health and wellbeing. She is a fully qualified, insured, and registered Reflexologist, Aromatherapy Massage and Fascia Release Therapist, and Reiki Master, holding ITEC certification along with additional training in Doula work to support prenatal, postnatal, and labour care. Since beginning her holistic journey in 2003, Anna has been deeply committed to supporting others in experiencing healing, balance, and greater autonomy within themselves. Her approach integrates physical, energetic, and emotional awareness to create individually tailored sessions that encourage health and harmony for each client. For the past 15 years, Anna has maintained a daily practice of OSHO Meditations, which she credits with helping her stay centred, grounded, and pragmatic in her work. Alongside her individual practice, she is passionate about nurturing therapists in training and fostering community connection through group work — including her upcoming Reiki Circle at Tree of Life Malahide.
