As the season gently exhales and the rush of caring, giving, and holding space for others comes to a close, you are warmly invited to pause… soften… and receive. Nollaig na mBan, Women’s Christmas, is a sacred time of rest — a moment to honour all that you have carried through the season. This soundbath is a loving invitation to lay it all down and allow yourself to be held in sound, stillness, and deep restoration. Wrapped in the calm, grounding energy of the Tree of Life, you’ll be guided into a deeply nurturing sound journey. Tibetan bowls will hum softly around you, their tones washing through the body like warm waves. Gentle chimes shimmer in the air, while solfeggio pipes offer soothing frequencies that invite balance and harmony back into your system. The rain stick will echo like a quiet winter shower, the shamanic drum beating a slow, steady rhythm — reminding your body it is safe to rest. The monochord creates a cocoon of continuous sound, the gong opens space for deep release, and tuning forks bring subtle vibrations that gently realign and soothe. This is a space to simply be. To rest tired bones. To restore your nervous system. To receive after giving so much. All are welcome — especially those who have spent the season caring for everyone else. Come as you are.
