Complete the session with some traditional reflexology to feel an internal balance that connects from head to toe to create full internal balance. Reflexology encourages an easy and healthy journey for both mother and baby. It can be used to eliminate stress in the lead up to birth, reduce nausea, improve sleep, encourage natural labour and regulate the changing hormones in your body as baby grows.
