'Cultivating Healthy Stress' is a Positive Psychology, Neuroscience and Mindfulness approach to identifying and managing stress levels and building resources.

A fun, informative & interactive course with simple yet proven tips that can be tangibly
put into practice immediately.
This course provides 'First Aid' tips for managing day to day stress levels as well as combining proven ways to identify and build a wellness bank of ongoing resources to manage chronic stress.

Julie Coogan and Anne-Margaret Nolan combine their skill set and extensive clinical experience and research to deliver key ways to develop sustainable ways to achieve a stress “Tool Kit” that is accessible to everyone.

This 3 hour event will involve a mixture of talk and movement. The movement section will be light therefore a change of clothes is not required.
